Workforce Management Solutions
Golden's Workforce Management Solutions team develops custom software solutions, training curricula and ongoing customized instruction targeted for specific time, attendance and human resources applications where data extraction and report writing are needed. Golden offers custom application development from certified consultants that will produce the information needed in the format in which it needs to be delivered.
In addition to the standard Crystal Reports courses offered, Golden offers exclusive Crystal Reports training courses focused on integrating custom reports for the Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and ADP Enterprise eTIME applications. The courses also cover conditional formatting, dynamic parameters, creating subreports and customizing standard reports.
Golden also offers online remote mentoring. Using Go-to-Assist, one of our certified consultants can interact with a client PC and instruct via phone and computer to help develop and integrate custom applications within Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and ADP Enterprise eTIME.
