| The On/Off Shift Tracking report allows the user to choose a 4 week date range and location and lists “On” / Day Shifts versus “Off” shifts for employees within the selected labor account(s). | ||

| The report displays information in an easy to read format, allowing managers to quickly determine whether or not staffing counts are on target or need to be modified. | ||
| Report Uses | ||
| This report shows if shifts are over-staffed or short. The report may be posted for employees to view for the purpose of swapping shifts. | ||
| Recommended Customization | ||
| Hours for “On” and “Off” shifts can be defined to meet requirements. Format for Excel. Specific shifts can be highlighted or formatted differently to stand out. See below. | ||
