Schedule Reports

On/Off Shift Tracking Report
Based on user-defined 4-week range, selected labor accounts and location, displays employee’s scheduled daily shifts to quickly ascertain who is working when and whether or not staffing changes need to implemented. |

Employee Schedule by Location
Based on user-defined 1-week range, and selected labor accounts, looks at each employee’s Home Labor Account, and displays their scheduled daily shifts; identifying whether the shift is scheduled to be ‘Home’ or ‘Transfer’. |

Hours Worked Reports

Custom Timesheet
Displays each employee’s first ‘In’ and last ‘Out’ punch per day - for a two-week period, including a break-down by labor account and pay codes; and includes areas for manual changes and employee/manager sign-off. |

Hours and Wages by Employee
Displays employee hours regarding regular, overtime, sick and vacation for the selected time period; provides total hours and wages per employee; summarizes all hours and wages by each labor level. |

Leave Liability Report by Department and Employee
Focused specifically on ‘leave-related’ accrual types, (i.e. accrued vacation, sick time, etc.), calculates amount of accrued time, summarizes by department, and displays grand total of wage liability; may be run for any time period. |
