Golden Consulting Group Mentoring and Support Program Request Form

To get the Golden Remote Mentoring or
Product Support staff working for you:

Complete the form below making sure you provide a good description of the help you need.
A Golden associate will be in contact with you within one business day.
A mutually acceptable time for mentoring will be scheduled.
You will provide a credit card number to be verified and billed for one hour of service ($159 per hour) prior to the call.
Golden will initiate a call at the scheduled time.
Golden will work with you to meet your support needs.
At the completion of the call, Golden will bill you for any additional time needed beyond the one hour billed in step 4 above. Additional hours, or any portion of an hour, will be billed at $159 per hour.
